The super builtup area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 1093 Sq.ft to 1136 Sq.ft, which is a decent size for rental purposes. Sajjan DevelopePrivate Limited is a known name, and their previous projects have seen good returns. The proximity to GD Birla School and Narayan Memorial Hospital is a plus for attracting tenants. While it's ready to move, I'm holding onto it for capital gains. The only downside is the connectivity could be better, with a narrow lane for access.
