The location in Vatva, South East Ahmedabad, is well-connected via Narol Aslali Road and is close to NH-8. My main concern is the lack of detailed pricing information available initially, making it hard to gauge the value proposition without comparison. The proximity to the Apparel Park Metro Station at nearby is also a good point for future connectivity. I am hoping for good rental returns.

We finally moved out of our rented flat into a 2 BHK at Sainath Karnavati. We wanted something ready to move and this project by Sainath Buildcon fit the bill. The carpet area is about 700 square feet, which is a good upgrade from our previous place. We really appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the power backup facility, as these were constant issues in our rental. The location is decent, with the Expressway not too far, making weekend travel easier. However, the parking space can be a bit tight, especially if you have guests. We are also finding the fire sprinkleand gazebo to be nice additions. The overall construction quality looks solid, and we are happy with the choice.

The main issue we are facing is the dust from nearby construction, which is a bit botheome. Also, the internet connectivity in the area isn't the best yet. Power backup is a relief, though.
