The location near Podar International School is convenient, though Bharati Hospital is nearby. My main concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou; it can be quite heavy. Still, the overall package and price point are good for a government employee like me.

For us, being close to work is important, and while Nal Stop Metro is nearby, the main road access is okay. The price range of 31.38 Lakh to 47.08 Lakh was within our reach after the home loan. The amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting are good for the environment. The construction quality looks solid.
