We needed a place close to Sree Cauvery School, which is just under a kilometer away from Saibaba Cosmopolis. That was the main reason we looked here. The children's play area is a good size, and my kids seem to like it already. Having Motherhood Hospital nearby is also a comfort. The apartment layout is practical, though maybe a bit smaller than our current rental. We are looking at a 2 BHK. The swimming pool is a nice amenity for weekends. The Sai Baba Group seems to have provided basic facilities well.
