My wife and I visited the Sai Vardan site last week to check the progress. Since we are both working, the location in Addanki seemed decent for our commute. We looked at the 3 BHK layout which has a carpet area of 736.36 Sq.ft. Honestly, the room sizes feel a bit compact for a 3 BHK, but the floor plan is functional enough for a small family. Kambhampati Venkatesh seems to be sticking to the timeline as the structure is coming up well. We are hoping the finishing work starts soon so that the delivery by April 2027 is met without any further delays. The area is quiet right now, which we like, but it might get noisier once more construction projects start coming up nearby.

Moving to a new house is always stressful but we liked Sai Vardan because of the proximity to Sri Chaitanya School. It is very convenient for our children and saves us a lot of travel time in the morning. We booked one of the units with 733.78 Sq.ft carpet area. The developer Kambhampati Venkatesh has been regular with sending us construction updates, which is helpful. The only minor concern we have is the dust in the area due to ongoing development work around Addanki. We really hope they manage the site cleanliness better as we get closer to the possession date in April 2027. Otherwise, the project looks like a sensible choice for families.

My only worry is the parking space availability since it is an under construction project and I am not sure how many cacan fit comfortably. I am hoping everything is ready by April 2027 as promised.
