The Masterminds School is conveniently located nearby, making school runs much easier. The developer, Vuppala Venkatesh, has provided a children's play area and good landscaping, which my kids love. The gated community aspect with enhanced security features gives us peace of mind. The price is on the higher side, with the 4 BHK going up to 2.7 Cr, but the quality of construction and amenities seem to justify it. The 24x7 water supply is also a big help.
