The carpet areas are quite spacious, going up to 1242 square feet for the 3 BHK. My parents will appreciate the 24x7 water supply and storm water drains. The project is by Sai Associates and is currently under construction, due for completion in December 2026. The location on Paud Road, Kothrud seems to be developing well. I'm a bit concerned about the OC not being available yet, but hopefully, that will be sorted.
