This is my fit home, a 2 BHK in Sai Sunshine. The builtup area is 1415 sq.ft, which feels quite big for us. I was looking for a ready to move property and this fit the bill. The price was around 52 Lakhs, which was manageable. I really liked the Landscaping & Tree Planting around the complex; it feels very green. Also, the Indoor Games facility is great for weekend fun. The project was completed in 2012. The proximity to Narayana e-Techno School - Bannerghatta is a major advantage for future planning. Power backup is also a relief.

This was my fit property purchase and I opted for a 2 BHK in Sai Sunshine. The builtup area is 830 sq.ft, which is sufficient for a small family. I chose this project because it was ready to move and the price was around 30 Lakhs, fitting my budget well. I liked the children's play area and the landscaping. The proximity to Hulimavu Metro Station is also convenient for commuting. The construction was completed in 2012. The main drawback is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a bit annoying sometimes. Also, parking can be a little tight.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment in Sai Sunshine, around 1400 sq.ft. The price was about 50 Lakhs and it's ready to move. The location in Bilekahalli is quite accessible. I liked the yoga and meditation area, and the senior citizen siteout is a good touch for residents. The developer Sai Associates has delivered this project a while back, in 2012. The gymnasium is also a good facility. While the overall project is nice, I found the rooms in the 3 BHK to be a bit smaller than expected for the price. However, the community feel is good, and the basic amenities are functional.

It's spacious enough for us and we like the Vastu compliant design. The clubhouse amenities are decent, especially the swimming pool and gymnasium. My husband likes the jogging track. The price was competitive for the area, around 55 Lakhs. The only issue is the traffic on Bannerghatta Road, which is nearby, can get quite bad during peak houOtherwise, it's a nice place.

My only concern was not being able to see the OC received status, but the builder Sai Associates has a good reputation. Overall, they are happy there.
