The location in Ashoka Nagar is perfect for us because Mount St. Ann High School is literally a minute's walk away, making school runs effortless. Harneshwar Multispeciality Hospital is also at the same proximity, which offepeace of mind. The carpet area of our unit is 830 square feet, providing ample room for our small family. The inclusion of recreation facilities and community buildings is a nice touch for residents. Electrification with transformer and solar energy is a good feature. The only minor issue we've encountered is that the storm water drains seem a bit basic, and we worry about water logging during heavy monsoons.
