It’s a ready-to-move-in property, which was convenient. Jay Developehas provided a gymnasium and indoor games, which I look forward to using. The project is a secured gated community, giving me a sense of security. The price was around 68.4 L, which fit my fit-time buyer budget. One thing I noticed is that the parking space is closed car parking, which is good, but might be tight for larger vehicles. Still, for my fit home, it feels like a good start.
