    We decided to buy our fit home at Sai Shankara. The location in Sholinganallur is very convenient. Narayana E-Techno School is just a nearby walk, and Apollo Cradle Hospital is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. We purchased a 3 BHK apartment of 1391 square feet for around 68 Lakh. It's ready to move, and we appreciate the 24/7 CCTV surveillance and video door security for our children's safety. The paved compound is also a nice area for kids to play. One small issue is that the surrounding area can get dusty during construction from nearby sites, but that is temporary.

The construction was completed in January 2015, and it's ready to move. The price point was reasonable, around 65 Lakh for the larger unit. It has good amenities like a paved compound and a lift. The Narayana E-Techno School is also very close, which is good for the future. Overall, it's a decent place for a single peon or a small family.

The amenities like rainwater harvesting and power backup are useful. It's located opposite the Corporation Park, which is nice for morning walks. The price was in the range of 50-55 Lakh. Sai Foundations has completed a few projects before, so I had some trust. The only concern for me is the lack of immediate bank tie-ups, making loan processing a bit slower than expected. Otherwise, it is a comfortable living space.
