The location is very central, making it easy to reach various parts of Vapi for my daily work. My only complaint is that the traffic noise from the main road can be heard in the lower floor units during the day, which can be a bit annoying if you are trying to work from home. However, the connectivity to schools and hospitals makes this a very convenient spot for residential living.
