I purchased a 2 BHK unit which has a carpet area of about 585 sq.ft. It’s a practical size for my family. The location in Chala, Kahanji Park is quite accessible, being close to NH 8 and the Vapi Bus Stop which is a short distance. This makes commuting much easier for my office work. The building has basic amenities like a lift and car parking which are sufficient for our needs. The developer, Sai Shakti Enterprise, seems to have a decent track record based on this project.
