The location in Baranagar is quite convenient, being close to Baranagar Metro Station and Eskag Sanjeevani Hospital. My husband liked that BT Road is nearby, making his commute easier. We looked at a 2 BHK which was 764 Sq.ft, felt spacious enough for us. The price starting at 21.4 Lakh was also within our budget. We haven't seen much activity from the developer Sai Ram Udyog regarding completion details, but since it's ready to move, we weren't too concerned. The closed car parking is a good addition. Overall, it seems like a decent option for us.
