The built-up area is a comfortable 984 square feet, and the price point of 51.66 Lakhs onwards was attractive. Sai Foundations completed the project back in October 2015, and it was ready for immediate occupancy. The location is strategic, offering good connectivity to Vadakkupattu Main Road, Sholinganallur Road (2 km), and OMR (5 km). Essential amenities such as lifts and security guards are in place, along with rain water harvesting. However, being near a main road means there's some level of traffic noise, especially during the day. Also, the availability of the OC is still pending, which is something to keep an eye on for future transactions.

The biggest advantage for me is the proximity to St. Antony's school, which means less traffic during school houI can also reach my office in Sholinganallur within 15 minutes as it's nearby. The building has essential amenities like a lift and security guards, which provides peace of mind. The only downside is the Vadakkupattu Main Road can get quite busy during peak times, and parking can be a bit tricky sometimes if visitocome over. But for daily commute and essentials, it’s quite good.

I visited the site in Bhel Nagar, Medavakkam, and liked that it was ready to move. The developer, Sai Foundations, seems to have completed the project in October 2015. It's very close to St. Antony's school, which is great. They have a lift and security guards, which makes me feel safe. The only thing is that the OC is not yet available, and I am a bit worried about that. Otherwise, it’s close to Sholinganallur Road and OMR, making commuting easier.

Sai Foundations provided basic amenities like lifts and security, which are essential. The location is decent, being close to Sholinganallur Road and not too far from the airport, nearby. The main road access is okay, but sometimes the traffic can be a little slow moving, especially during peak houWe haven't received the Occupancy Certificate yet, which is something we are waiting for.
