The builder, Sai Enterprises Athal, has included basic amenities like storm water drains and landscaping which is nice. We liked the ready-to-move-in aspect as we didn't want to wait. The open parking is convenient for us. We did notice some dust on the internal roads from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down soon. The kids have enough space to play outside, and the project itself seems quite secure with the fire fighting system in place.
