The location in Shukrawar Peth is quite central. Being close to the S. T. Stand Bus Stop, which is nearby, makes travel easy for us and for visiting family. The rain water harvesting system is a nice touch, shows the builder Dinesh S. Patil is thinking about sustainability. The construction quality seems solid. We are happy with the move. The only slight issue is that during certain times of the day, there is some traffic noise from the main road, but we are getting used to it. It’s definitely better than our old rented flat.
