SASR Constructions seems like a reliable developer. The project is in Beeramguda, North Hyderabad. I liked that it’s a semi-gated community and has excellent ventilation. The children's play area is a nice touch for future family. Power backup is also included, which is important. The project is HMDA approved. I’m happy with the process so far, though waiting until April 2025 for full possession feels long.
