Its location provides excellent access to NH65 and the Inner Ring Road, simplifying travel. It's also quite close to Nagole Metro Station, which is a great advantage for public transport. My parents were impressed with the overall construction quality when they visited. We did notice a fair amount of dust from ongoing construction in adjacent areas, but that is expected in a developing locality. The builder has a good reputation.
