We needed a larger home for our growing family and found Sai Pride. We chose a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1490 sq.ft. The location is fantastic, with SFS Academy (CBSE) right next door – no more commuting for the kids! Having Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center so close is also a huge relief. The price for the 3 BHK goes up to 1.08 Cr, which was a stretch, but the convenience is worth it. The rainwater harvesting system is a good environmental feature. The only minor issue is that the internal roads around Kammasandra can get quite congested during school drop-off and pick-up times.
