My only concern is the distance to the metro station, Shaheed Sthal is almost 3 kilometeaway, so relying on public transport for longer commutes might be a bit inconvenient. The landscaping looks nice, but the actual play area for kids is quite small. We are hoping the builder will add more facilities later. Overall, the proximity to the school is a major win for us.
