Sai Nagar Colony, developed by Sangi Reddy Venkat Reddy, in Kotra, Nagarkurnool, offeplots in sizes like 1383 Sq.ft and 3720 Sq.ft. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in September 2025. I was impressed with the planned amenities, including 24X7 water supply and street lighting. The provision of a sub-station and receiving station indicates good planning. The internal roads and footpaths are being laid. While the area is currently serene, I do hope the development doesn't lead to excessive noise pollution in the future. The greenhouse farming is an interesting feature.
