Sai DevelopeNashik seems to have kept their promises about delivery as it was ready to move in March 2019, just as they said. Location in Dwarka is convenient, especially being so close to National Highway 50. Makes weekend trips easy. The only thing is the maintenance charges are a bit higher than expected, but that's probably due to the STP and water conservation facilities they have. Overall, a decent purchase for the price.
