It’s under construction by Sai ABG Associates and is expected to be ready by December 2026. The location is fantastic, with New Era High School and Vatsalya Children Hospital just a stone's throw away. Pratapnagar Railway Station being so close is also a significant advantage for travel. They are including amenities like 24x7 water supply, street lighting, and landscaping, which are essential. The only downside is that the parking area seems a bit tight in the initial plans we saw. We are hoping it’s sufficient for our needs once completed.

A slight concern is the traffic on the Makarpura Taali Road, which is about 2 kilometeaway, can get busy.
