It's ready to move, and they received possession in June 2022, which was great. The size of the flat is 555 square feet carpet area, suitable for them. They like the Senior Citizen Siteout area provided. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give me peace of mind while I am abroad. The only minor issue is that sometimes the water pressure is not consistent during peak usage times. Otherwise, the amenities like landscaping and 24x7 water supply are good.
