We were looking for a larger villa for our growing family and decided on a 3 BHK in Sai Green City Phase III I. The built-up area is between 1500 Sq.ft to 1600 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious. Having a children's play area within the gated community is fantastic for the kids. Its proximity to the school, just a minute away, was a major deciding factor for us. The landscaping and tree planting also make the surroundings pleasant. We did find the pricing a little on the higher side for some of the larger villas, but the quality of construction from ABI infrastructure seems good. The overall atmosphere is peaceful.

I recently purchased a residential plot in Sai Green City Phase III I. The developer ABI infrastructure offeplots ranging from 650 Sq.ft to 1600 Sq.ft, which gave me good options. I chose a 653 Sq.ft plot. Being ready to move is a huge advantage. The price point is quite competitive, with options going up to 52.99 Lakh for larger plots. It's located in Kovilpalayam, which is developing nicely. The main concern for me is that construction hasn't started in many plots yet, so it feels a little deserted at times. However, the 75% open space is a big plus.

We purchased a 900 Sq.ft 2 BHK villa. The area is developing, and it’s good that it’s close to Oraikalpalayam Cross Bus Stop. The compound wall and 24x7 security provide a sense of safety. While the project has many good features like ample open space and street lighting, the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially when heading towards Panaji City Center which is nearby. Still, it's a comfortable place.

It's just a 1-minute drive to KV Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Kumaran Medical Center is a short distance. I bought a 2 BHK villa, which is around 900 to 950 Sq.ft. The built-up area is sufficient for my needs. The project offe24x7 water supply and paved compounds, which are essential. The only downside I observed is the dust from the ongoing construction in some parts of the project, but that's common for developing areas.

The pricing also fit our initial budget, starting from around 8.83 Lakh. The only thing we noticed was the internal roads seemed a bit narrow, and we hope ABI infrastructure widens them soon. Overall, it felt like a decent buy for a fit home.
