The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, around 1600 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. We also liked that they have rain water harvesting and water conservation systems in place. The builder, Garuda Infra Realto, seems to be focusing on practical aspects. The only small worry is the traffic noise on the main road, especially during peak houWe are hoping the construction design minimizes this. Overall, it feels like a good place to raise a family.
