The project is ready to move, so I can settle in soon. It's located in Wadmukhwadi, Charholi, and is accessible from major roads like Alandi Road and Nagar road. The price was reasonable for a plot of this size in Pune. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance is reassuring. The only drawback is that OC is not yet available, which is a bit concerning for future clear title.
