We were looking for a villa in Manikonda and Sai Dream Home caught our eye. The 5 BHK Villa is quite large, with a built-up area of 3084 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space for the whole family. Kairos Global School is very close by, making the morning drop-off so much easier. The children's play area within the project is also a big hit with our kids. Sai Ram Constructions seems to have thought about family needs. We did notice the traffic on the main Manikonda road can be heavy during peak hou, but once inside the project it feels quiet. Overall, it's a good setup for us.

The size of the 5 BHK Villa, 3084 sq.ft built up area, is perfect for them. Having the Raidurg Metro Station nearby will be convenient for them to travel if needed. The project also offezero brokerage, which is a good deal. I haven't visited peonally in a while, but my parents are happy with the construction quality and the overall environment. The only thing is that the initial approach road to the project could be better maintained, it felt a bit dusty when we visited. But the villa itself felt spacious enough for the two of us, even though it's a 5 BHK.
