We liked the idea of a jogging track and the gymnasium. It's a gated community, which adds to the security. The proximity to Vatsalya Maternity & Surgical Centre Pvt Ltd (1.86 KM) is also reassuring. The construction looks solid. The only minor issue we've noticed is some dust from nearby ongoing construction, but we expect that to settle down once everything is complete.
