It's a gated community with 24/7 security, which gives me peace of mind. My 2 BHK villa has a good built-up area of 936 square feet. The price was 80 Lakhs onwards, which was within my budget. I appreciate the rainwater harvesting system and the 24x7 water supply. The maintenance staff are usually prompt when called. My only small issue is the traffic on the main road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes, but within the community, it's quiet.
