We liked that there are lifts available, as we're on a higher floor. The biggest drawback for us is the lack of dedicated visitor parking; friends find it difficult to park when they come over. Also, the roads around the area can get dusty during dry spells. Otherwise, it's a comfortable space for our growing family.
