The price range of 1.22 Crore to 1.37 Crore was a bit of a stretch for us but we felt it was worth it for the location. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was a huge relief as we didn't want to wait. The Moksha Group seems to have a decent reputation. We liked the idea of a gated community with a children's play area and swimming pool. The nearby Divine Life School is a short distance, which will be convenient later.
