My partner and I bought a 2.5 BHK here. We liked the layout, especially the separate study room it comes with, which is perfect for our work-from-home needs. The built-up area is around 1700 square feet. We got it for about 95 Lakhs. Sahasra Mount Oak is a gated community and the security seems good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The swimming pool is a nice addition for relaxing after a long week. The only downside is the traffic on Hennur Main Road can be quite heavy during peak houIt’s very close to Kalyan Nagar Bus Stand though, which is handy. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

Hennur is a rapidly developing area in Bengaluru, so I expect good appreciation and rental income. The project is ready to move, which is ideal for investolooking for immediate returns. Sahasra Builde& Developehave a reputation for timely delivery. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool add value. While the location is good, the OC received status is not available which is a slight concern for future resale value. However, the project is located on Hennur Main Road, offering good connectivity.

We were looking for a spacious 3 BHK and found one at Sahasra Mount Oak. The built-up area ranges from 1390 to 2052 square feet, so we had good options. We chose a unit around 1900 square feet for about 1.1 Crore. The proximity to New Baldwin International School Banaswadi and Ovum Hospitals is a huge advantage for us. Having a children's play area within the complex is also a big plus. The construction was completed in March 2023. One minor issue is that the partial power backup might not be enough during long outages, so we are a bit concerned about that. But the 24x7 water supply is reliable.

Finally made my fit property purchase at Sahasra Mount Oak. I was looking for something ready to move and this fit the bill. I picked a 2 BHK flat which has a built-up area of 1486 square feet. The price was around 80 Lakhs. The location in Hennur, Kalyan Nagar is quite convenient, close to the main road. They have a children's play area which is great. The building looks decent and it was completed in March 2023. I am still getting used to the whole apartment living thing but so far it feels good. The gym looks well-equipped. Parking is available, which is important in Bengaluru.

The location in Kalyan Nagar, North Bangalore, is very convenient with schools and hospitals nearby. I was impressed by the sensor-operated dooand lifts, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the feeling of safety. The closed car parking is also a good feature. The project was completed in March 2023 and is ready to move in. My only reservation is the price point, which is at the higher end of my budget. However, the quality of construction and the amenities seem worth it. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great for relaxation.
