This Sahasra Grand project in Kalyan Nagar offered spacious properties, which is what we were looking for. We opted for a 3 BHK with a built-up area of approximately 1875 sq.ft. The location is good, close to major roads like the Outer Ring Road. It was ready to move in, which was a major plus for us. The clubhouse facilities are nice, and the Vastu compliant design was important to us. The price point was a bit high, between 1.2 Cr and 2.0 Cr, but justifiable for the quality.
