The 3 BHK villas are available in sizes from 673 Sq.ft to 810 Sq.ft. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting they have done; it makes the place feel green. The 24x7 security and power backup are important for someone like me. The proximity to EYE-Q INDIA is also a plus. My only small concern is the availability of open space within the villa itself, as these are compact homes. However, the developer Sahajanand Infrastructure has included a clubhouse and indoor games, which will be good for socialising. The overall atmosphere feels calm and secure, which is what I was looking for.

The only thing is the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes, especially during construction periods, but since it's ready to move, hopefully that's less of an issue now. Overall, it seems like a good place to start our life.
