    As a single working woman, safety and convenience are my top priorities. Sahajanand Harmony by Marutinandan Developeoffe24x7 security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which is great. The 1062 Sq.ft size for a 2 BHK is perfect for me, not too big and not too small. Being ready to move in was a huge plus as I didn't want to wait. The flower garden and lift are nice amenities. The only slight drawback is the traffic noise from the SP Ring Road, especially during peak hou, but I guess that's common for most projects near major roads. The power backup is also a crucial feature for me. It's a decent option for someone looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Ahmedabad.
