We chose Sahajanand Elegance because of the children's play area and the general spacious layouts mentioned. Our 3 BHK flat is 1003 square feet, which works well for our family of four. The proximity to schools is what we were looking for, although it wasn't listed in the project data, it's a major plus for us. The project is ready to move in, which was a big factor. The solar lighting for common areas and the solar electricity are nice touches for energy saving. The multipurpose hall could be useful for family functions. One thing we noticed is that the landscaping is still developing, so it's not as green as we expected yet. Aarchi Developehave built a decent community here.
