This is my fit time buying a property and I chose Sahaj One in Thaltej. The 3 BHK flats are a good size, around 860 sq.ft. I chose it mainly because of the location near Science City. It's under construction and supposed to be ready by August 2026. The price is around 1 Crore, which is manageable for me. I really appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the lifts, as I'm planning to rent it out initially. The security features, including CCTV, are also a plus. Sahaj Developeseem professional enough. I'm a bit nervous about the whole process, but excited too.
