However, I am a bit concerned about the completion date being July 2026, it feels quite far away. Also, the Janthagalli area is not very well connected yet, and I worry about future appreciation and ease of commuting. It’s a big decision, and I’m trying to weigh the pros and cons carefully.

  We visited the Saha Skanda Enclave 1 site with our children. The plan includes a theme park and landscaping which is great for kids to play around. Having 24x7 water supply is essential for a family, and the provision for rainwater harvesting is a good environmental feature. The apartments are quite large, 1200 to 1400 square feet. Our main concern is the under construction status, with completion not expected until July 2026. We also noticed a lot of dust and construction vehicles around the Janthagalli area, which might be an issue for a while. Overall, it looks promising, but the waiting period and the current site conditions are a bit daunting.
