We purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Saha Apc Abason. The built-up area is 950 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for our family. The location in Entally is strategic, with good access to major roads like CIT Road and AJC Bose Road. Being a ready-to-move property from 2008 completion gave us confidence. The price was around 80 Lakhs, which felt fair for the size and location. We liked the gated community setup and the 24x7 water supply. My only real issue is parking; it's quite tight here, especially if you have more than one vehicle. It’s something potential buyeshould definitely check out before deciding. Saha Groupe seems to have a decent track record.

I opted for a 2 BHK which is 950 Sq.ft built up, providing ample space. The proximity to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Sarani is convenient for travel. Having a school like The Frank Anthony Public School nearby is also a bonus for future planning. The price point around 85.5 L for a 2 BHK is reasonable for this location. The building is ready to move, which was a priority. One minor concern is the dust from nearby construction, but I assume that will settle down.

As teache, we wanted to upgrade from our rental place and finally bought a 1 BHK in Saha Apc Abason. The 800 Sq.ft built-up area is perfect for us, and it's ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. We chose this project because it’s in Fariapukur, close to where we teach. The price of 72.0 L was affordable for us. Having lifts and 24x7 water supply are essential amenities that are present. We also liked that it's a gated community. The main concern for us is the noise from the busy Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road, especially during the day. It’s something we are still getting used to. But overall, it’s a good step up from renting.

It's located near CIT Road and AJC Bose Road, so connectivity is not a major problem. The price range of 72.0 L to 85.5 L was within my budget, especially considering it's a 2008 construction. The gated community aspect provides some security. Water supply is 24x7 which is good. The only thing is the traffic on Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making the commute a bit longer than expected. Otherwise, the basic amenities are in place and the builder, Saha Groupe, has delivered.
