The location in Ayodhya Nagari is good, and the flat size around 400 sq.ft carpet area is perfect for their needs. It is ready to move, so they could shift in immediately after completion in December 2020. The presence of a lift and reliable 24x7 water supply are important for elderly residents. Sagar Constructions has also included landscaping, which adds a nice touch. I haven't peonally visited recently, but my parents are happy with the space and the peaceful surroundings.

The 24x7 water supply is also a huge relief. Sometimes the traffic on the nearby Mumbai – Agra Road can be a bit much during peak hou, but that's typical for Nashik.
