We paid approximately 59.78 Lakhs for this unit. The proximity to F D High School is excellent, making the school run much simpler. Safar Infrastructure has included essential amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 water supply, which are important for us. The street lighting and paved compound add to the overall appeal. While the price was at the higher end of our budget, the quality of construction and the provided amenities justify the investment.
