The Sammoda Grandeur And Harihar Realty project is located in Kasindra, Daskroi, which is a quieter part of Ahmedabad. We were drawn to the Vastu-compliant design and the landscaping. The price was around 1.6 Crore, which felt right for a villa of this size. The developer mentioned solar power for common areas, which is good for sustainability. My only minor issue is the road access to the site; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be inconvenient sometimes, especially with larger vehicles. Otherwise, the project itself has good potential.
