We were looking for our fit home together and were impressed with Sadoday Lake View. The 2 BHK, at 1200 square feet, felt spacious enough for us. The fact that it is ready to move in was a major deciding factor, as we didn't want to wait. We liked the idea of having fire sprinklefor safety, which is a good feature. The location in Gorewada is developing nicely, and it's relatively quieter than the city center. We are both in the IT field, and while the metro station is nearby, the bus connectivity from Mansha Chowk (2.5 km) is decent for our daily commutes. The only downside we noticed during our visits was the traffic noise sometimes, as it's close to a main road. Overall, we feel it's a good buy for a young couple starting out.

The 1350 square feet built-up area provides ample space for them. The 24x7 water supply is crucial, and they appreciate not having to worry about that. The project is ready to move in, which meant they could shift without delay. The location in Gorewada is relatively calm, which they prefer. One thing I’ve heard from them is that the parking area can feel a bit congested at times, especially when visitocome over. Having power backup is essential here, especially during the monsoon season when outages are common. The kids play area mentioned in the amenities is a big draw for us, though we haven't seen it much in use yet. The location in Gorewada is generally quiet, which is nice. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage, saving me the hassle of waiting for construction. The power backup is a lifesaver during power cuts. The location near Gorewada is quite peaceful, which is exactly what I wanted after a long day at work. My only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction, which is noticeable sometimes. Hopefully, that settles down soon. The proximity to Max Super Speciality Hospital is also a plus for any emergency.

As a chartered accountant, I analyze numbecarefully before any investment. Sadoday Lake View in Gorewada, Rajnagar, presented an interesting proposition. The ready-to-move status was a key factor for me. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1350 square feet. This configuration offegood space utilization. The availability of 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity that they seem to have covered well. My only concern is the connectivity to other parts of the city. While Mansha Chowk Bus Stop is nearby, the Gaddigodam Square Metro Station is nearly nearby, which feels a little distant for regular commuting. The developer, Sadoday Group, has a reputation to maintain.
