Getting a plot in a developed area like Alambagh was my priority. Sabri City offeplots and the location on Kanpur Road is excellent, very close to the metro and bus stops. I purchased a 900 Sq.ft plot. The price was reasonable, around 8.9 Lakh, fitting my budget. Sabri City Properties And Developehave delivered a ready to move project. The amenities like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and a gated community provide security. My kids will enjoy the children's play area and theme park. The main issue is the dust from the nearby road construction, which is a bit of a nuisance currently, but I hope it settles down.

We were looking for a plot near the city center and found Sabri City. The location on Kanpur Road is really convenient, close to Alambagh Metro Station which is nearby. We are planning to build our own house here. The plot sizes available are decent, we are considering the 738 Sq.ft one. The budget fits our savings. Sabri City Properties And Developehave finished the project, it is ready to move. We liked the landscaping and the gated community feel. The 24x7 water supply is also a good feature for daily needs. Our only small worry is that the area gets quite busy during peak houdue to Kanpur Road traffic.
