It's a good starting point for us. The location is quite convenient, being close to National Highway-21 and National Highway 95, which helps with our daily commute to school. The project offea cricket pitch and a basketball court, which is a nice touch for recreational activities. Finding a place near good schools was our priority. Sabr City is located right next to Maxim Merry School, which is a huge relief for us. It's also very close to Kharar Bus Stand and AASHAKIRAN IVF, making daily errands easy. We bought a plot of 158 Sq.yd. Here because we wanted space to build a good-sized home for our family. The prices were reasonable, around 52.14 Lakh for the larger plots, which fit our investment plan. They have a children's play area and an open gym, which the kids are excited about. The internal roads are well laid out. The only minor issue is that the traffic on Randhawa Road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the school proximity.

The location in Kharar is decent, close to National Highway-21 and National Highway 95, which is convenient for commuting. We looked at the 86 Sq.yd. Plots. The price range of 28.38 Lakh onwards was within our initial budget. They have some basic amenities like a children's play area and an open gym, which are nice to have. My partner liked the idea of a basketball court. The only thing is that since it is ready to move, there's a bit of construction dust around still. Hopefully, that settles down soon. Overall, it’s a promising spot for future development.
