It's spacious enough for us right now. The location in Uttam Nagar is quite convenient, especially with the Uttam Nagar West Metro Station being nearby. This helps a lot with our IT jobs. The Delhi Outer Ring Road is also easily accessible. The price point, starting from 20 Lakhs for a 1 BHK and going up to 80 Lakhs for a 4 BHK, felt reasonable for New Delhi. We felt the balconies could have been a little larger though.
