This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK at Saarrthi Sovereign. The built-up area is around 13600000 Sq.ft, which feels like a good start. The price of 1.3 Crore was manageable with my home loan. Hinjawadi Phase 2 is a decent area. I was impressed by the fire sprinkleand fire fighting system, which gives me confidence in the safety aspects. The wooden deck and machan sound like a nice place to relax. The construction quality looks solid so far. I am excited about this new chapter.

We purchased a 3 BHK apartment at Saarrthi Sovereign. The built-up area is very generous, between 21700000 Sq.ft and 22300000 Sq.ft, providing ample space for our grandchildren when they visit. The location in Hinjewadi is developing nicely, and it's good that it's Vastu compliant. The price for our 3 BHK was about 2.23 Crore. The landscaping and the quiet environment were appealing. It's located in Hinjawadi Phase 2, which is a good developing area in Pune. The price was within my budget, around 1 Crore. I liked the landscaping and the children's play area. My kids will definitely enjoy that. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during construction phases nearby, but hopefully, that will improve as more development happens. Overall, it's a decent place for a family.
