We got a 3 BHK which is 783 square feet, giving us plenty of space. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus. The New Tulip International School is only nearby, making school runs much easier. The area is generally quiet, though sometimes there's a bit of dust from nearby construction, which is common in Ahmedabad. The swimming pool is also a great addition for the weekends. The entrance lobby looks quite grand.
